The wireless temperature measurement thermocouple sensor is a wireless temperature monitoring system developed by our company for use in stacking rotating liquid tanks and other environments . It has the technical characteristics of high accuracy, low power consumption, long transmission distance, high temperature resistance, good real-time performance, wireless transmission, no wiring required , low construction difficulty, time-saving and labor-saving, and long service life. It can replace most probe-type temperature monitoring sensors and is suitable for transformer temperature measurement, forest fire prevention, pharmaceutical production equipment, chemical equipment, rotary kilns, tanks, coal piles, grain depots, wine cellars, material stacks, warehouses, rotating electrical equipment, etc., for real-time temperature control to ensure product quality and production safety during the production process.


Sensor wireless transmission can adopt a variety of modulation methods, which are divided into FSK, LORA and NB-IOT. FSK is suitable for environments with short distances, high product volume requirements, high measurement frequency, long service life, and dense measured points. LORA is suitable for environments with long distances, relatively scattered measured points, high measurement accuracy requirements, and moderate measurement frequencies. NB-IOT is suitable for environments with good mobile networks, scattered measured points, low measurement frequencies, and low response requirements.

J-Type
