Danfoss strength to build the first domestic hybrid river bulk carrier, stable and far-reaching!

"New Changjiang 26007" is the first experimental ship of Changhang group in response to the national development strategy of "gasification of the Yangtze River". The Yangtze River Ship Design Institute is responsible for the whole ship reconstruction design, Chongqing Dongfeng shipyard implements the transformation, and CSIC 711 Institute is responsible for the power transformation scheme design and system integration. Recently, Danfoss cooperated with China Merchants Yangtze River shipping group to successfully complete the "new Changjiang 26007" ship transformation project. In this project, Danfoss provides the core components of DC network distribution panel, and provides complete supporting equipment for DC networking frequency conversion system. It has successfully built the first domestic inland river ship with DC network and oil gas electric hybrid power based on liquefied natural gas (LNG) as the main power. This is a successful cooperation between China Merchants Changjiang Shipping Group and Danfoss in the field of ship oil and gas hybrid power transformation.

Danfoss solutions Danfoss has provided mature water-cooled rectifiers, inverters and grid connected converters based on Vacon? NXP common DC bus platform, including: ● 2 sets of 350kW asynchronous generator rectifiers ● 2 sets of 350kW inverters for driving PTI propulsion motor ● 2 sets of 80kW grid connected inverters and sine wave filters to provide daily power supply Two sets of 100kW braking units for regenerative energy absorption of ship emergency braking In the mooring test stage, in the face of complex system commissioning work, 711 Institute technical personnel rely on the successful implementation experience of several projects cooperated with Danfoss in the past and the full understanding of Danfoss frequency converter products, the debugging time from gas generator unit motor car to DC network variable frequency power system only took three days.
