Description
544 crossover points, 1 line PXI matrix switch module-PXI-2536 is a high-density 8x68 PXI matrix switch module, which is very suitable for the verification of low power DC signals in bulk production components (such as semiconductor core wafer and printing brush circuit board) verification test system .
PXI-2536 uses a field effect transistor (FET) relay, which provides a mechanical life of infinite length and a switch speed of up to 50000 crossover points per second.
The module block also has on-board relay count for monitoring relay, and realizes deterministic operation through hardware trigger, thus improves the throughput of test.
